LAUREN SOFIA

Lauren Sofia is a 17 year old singer-songwriter from London. She started playing guitar at the age of 8 and had her first performance on stage playing at her primary school. At a very young age she sung loudly around her house, and still does, and finds songwriting and performing music a form of true personal expression. 

When she was 14 her followers on social media dramatically increased, this then opened up various opportunities, which down the line have led her to being able to share her first ever song, ‘In Control’. Lauren and her Dad worked on the song together in their home, and eventually produced and released Lauren’s first single on February 5th, 2022.

Her second single ‘Unpredictable’ was released March 6th, shortly followed by ‘Hot Temper’ on March 27th.

Lauren writes from the heart. Lyrically, she's heavily influenced by what is happening in her real life, and writes songs which she hopes other people can relate to and understand, especially if you, like her, suffer from ADHD.
